Each year, you must provide proof that you have health insurance (whether you renew your current coverage or enroll in a new qualified health insurance plan) to continue your benefits through the CCPU Health Care Fund.
You don’t want to miss this!
Over the coming weeks, be on the lookout for mail, email and/or text communications from the Fund Office about proof of insurance coverage requirements. Please reply as quickly as possible to avoid interruption to your benefits.
If you don’t provide proof that you are enrolled in a qualified health plan for 2025, you’ll lose access to all the great benefits available to you through the CCPU Health Care Fund, including dental and vision insurance.
As a reminder, you have until March 31st, 2025 to submit claims and receipts for services and transactions that occurred in 2024. Don’t wait! Gather and send those to us as soon as possible to ensure you’re reimbursed!
